3 Nights from Aswan Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Aswan – Aswan City Tour

Welcome to Aswan! Upon arrival at Aswan Airport or train station, our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the Nile cruise to begin your journey.

Start your exploration with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, built between 1960 and 1970 to control the Nile’s annual flooding. Next, discover the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis, celebrated in ancient Egyptian mythology for love and beauty.

Conclude the day at the Unfinished Obelisk, the largest known obelisk commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut, still partially carved in the granite quarries of Aswan. Return to the cruise for lunch and enjoy overnight accommodation onboard.

Day 2: Nile Cruise – Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Luxor

Day 1: Arrival in Luxor – Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple

Welcome to Luxor! Upon arrival at Luxor Airport or train station, our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the Nile cruise to begin your journey.

After checking in around noon, enjoy lunch onboard before visiting Luxor’s East Bank to explore the magnificent Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. The Karnak complex is primarily dedicated to the god Amun and is connected to Luxor Temple by the famous Avenue of Sphinxes. Constructed initially by Amenhotep III and later completed by Ramses II, these temples showcase the grandeur of ancient Egyptian architecture.

Return to the cruise for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 2: Luxor West Bank Excursion

Pricing Policy

At Nile Cruise Offers, all prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We also accept payments in other major currencies, including Euros (EUR) and British Pounds (GBP), based on the official exchange rate on the payment date.

Prices reflect current market conditions, seasonal changes, and availability, and may vary without prior notice. Once a deposit or full payment is made, your booking price is secured and guaranteed.

Holiday Supplement:

A 25% surcharge applies to all Nile Cruises and tours booked during Christmas, New Year, and Easter due to peak demand.

Nile Cruise Booking & Payment Terms

To secure your voyage along the historic Nile, we have clear and straightforward payment terms designed for your convenience and to guarantee your reservation.

Standard Nile Cruise Bookings:

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your chosen cabin and cruise dates.
  • The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in Egypt.

Peak Season Bookings (Christmas, New Year, Easter):

  • Due to exceptionally high demand, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your cruise reservation during these periods.
  • The final 50% balance is also due 15 days before your arrival.

Confirmation & Documentation: Upon receipt of your payment, you will promptly receive a formal booking confirmation via email, along with a detailed itinerary and all necessary travel documents. A payment receipt will be included for your records.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus any bank or transaction fees
  • 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of total tour cost
  • 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost
  • Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost

Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 14 business days after receiving your written cancellation request. Some cruises or hotels may have stricter policies, which will be clearly outlined in your itinerary.

Children Policy

At Nile Cruise Offers, we happily welcome families and offer the following children’s rates:

  • Infants under 2 years: Free of charge
  • Children 2–5 years: 25% of adult price
  • Children 6–11 years: 50% of adult price
  • Children 12 years and above: Full adult price

Discounts apply only when children share accommodation with two full-paying adults. Some Nile Cruises and luxury hotels may have specific policies or restrictions for young children, which will be noted in your itinerary if applicable.

Tipping Guidelines in Egypt

Tipping (“baksheesh”) is customary in Egypt to show appreciation for good service. While not mandatory, it is widely appreciated:

  • Tour guide: $15–$20 per day per group
  • Driver: $5–$10 per day per group
  • Nile Cruise crew: $10 per person per night (shared among staff)

Tipping is usually not included in your package. We recommend carrying small USD or EGP bills for convenience.
